CHALLENGE: To improve the presence of Mundicolor among
Travel agents and end customers of Mundicolor in the United Kingdom,
France, and Holland by enabling them to make online reservations.
SOLUTION: To design and develop a Java based online
reservation system, interacting with the mainframe
to get room availability and pricing for hotels, apartments,
flights, travel insurance, car rental, and other added
services.
RESULT: Mundicolor has now a new and growing sales
channel in several European countries for both Business-to-Business
and Business-to-Consumer. |
