Pedigree and Whiskas brands, integrating all the customer
data and their interactions with the company. Based
on this information we implemented customized actions
for communication and interaction: product introduction
emailings, newsletters and sampling of new products.
RESULT: Establishment of renewed online and off-line
channels of interaction with customers, compilation
of the information of more than 250,000 customers and
launch of marketing campaigns for the introduction
of two new products, including shipment of product
