CHALLENGE: Design and apply a promotion and loyalty
strategy online for NH Hotels' clients in 26 countries
and 3 languages.
SOLUTION: Our team devised a communication strategy
comprised of e-mailings, banners and conventional mail for NH World club
members. Different communication pieces were designed and produced and
then personalised for each member in accordance with NH World's segmentation
criteria. Work was also carried out on "cleaning up" the existing
database ensuring the quality of the information which allowed a correct
marketing segmentation.
RESULT: An effective communication and loyalty strategy
was implemented which allows NH Hotels to open a new and continuos
communication channel with its clients.
